Navigator of the seas felt like a Beta Ship with Trainees food was ok getting on and off ship was smooth captain Angel was fantastic, Crew director failed and was terrible , shows where good not enough activity, dining staff needs a lot of manners training and be offensive and rude ,chamber maids only seen once in morning and have selective memory,

Food was ok but the serving staff a bit rude and snobbish, seen a supervisor chewy out staff for not having labels at Buffett, you didnt know what the food served, disappointed

Crew director of navigator of the seas failed was horrible no interaction with any body on ship he was never seen walking or mingling with guest he was only on stage like he was with the plague, didnt hype the crowd nor active, the ship was DIFFERENT from what presented on YouTube, that's not royal Caribbean I was shocked

Navigator of the seas ice skating comedian and bands where awesome , the Russian dancers also great , the rest was mediocre and the 70 s 80 show at royal promenade was trash ! That why I gave 3 stars Corey the crew director sucks acted like the guest all where leper ,DJ was kool

First the room carpet stain with red old vomit in multiple spots I took pictures and will not post I told customer service room 7349 on navigatorof seas , The chamber mates was normally not to royal Caribbean standards they clean pick up and replace towels lack the minor details like remember if you requested ice ,your name and been seen I saw mines 1 time that's it usually I cruise royal and navigator of the seas failed (felt like another cruise line), I usually get a ocean view I got interior room (Mary kay bought them all had to settle with that room) I felt Treated differently I was extremely disappointed navigator of seas got be that ship

Bit cramp but I expect that chamber mates where seen 1 in morning never after that was sad not royal Caribbean standard it felt like we where on a beta ship with trainees

It's not like it showed on you tube video and keep your expectations level low and get ocean view or better rooms and perfect if you what a slower pace programs I mean snail pace , but you get a good Captain which gets you to port of call early and time
It a bit over rated from you tube videos every thing you want to do is a extra charge with understandable, but water park is over price and if you paid for soda package no soda stations you have drink flat sodas, food it's good ,the water beach is very murky difficult to snorkel and smells like suffer (farts) , life guards wantes guest to be as we where in the public library and kept blowing the whistle tough to relax on the beach and Knapp, felt like we where on a Beta Ship with Trainees staffers
You were on a cruise and took pictures of vomit stains? And complained about lack of service and widespread rudeness? In my opinion, your priorities are a mess and you should stay away from cruising
