We have been on this same cruise in the past but the cruise line has significantly gone downhill. Food was terrible and lacking. Only a very limited number of free dining options compared to other cruise lines. Not impressed and won’t return and would not recommend.

We have done this EXACT cruise before and this time the food was terrible. Bland, lack of variety, watery, poor taste and texture. Just extremely disappointing.
Onboard Activities

We did pools, water slides, shows, ice skating, classes and more. All were okay. Nothing extraordinary, like other cruise lines we’ve sailed with.
Entertainment

We saw 4 shows and only the ice skating one was worth the time. Comedian was not funny as he kept pointing out that he couldn’t be because the cruise line allowed kids in the show.
Children's Programs

The kid’s club was okay, however their bizarre, limited hours do not allow parents to do anything in the evening as it conveniently closes in the middle of every thing. Also is was often full sp they turned kids away. And it closes every few hours, so making plans is difficult and you’ll spend a lot of your trip waiting in lines there.

So so. Nothing spectacular compared to past cruises. Dining room staff was friendly, bars and other dining staff wwlere not.

We had MANY issues. Toilet was broken twice and flooded our cabin. The had to clean carpets so forced us to keep a loud and hot blower fan in our room to dry rugs. Room wasn’t cleaned a few days. Poor room service. Not good at all.
