We enjoyed our cruise and look forward to sailing again!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We stayed in a junior suite, so our line was shorter. Highly recommend doing all the online check-in for quick and easy boarding. We had a 10:30 AM boarding time, so we were one of the first groups on the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We ate most of our meals in the Windjammer because of dietary restrictions and the food was hit and miss! I wish there were more low carb options to choose from.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
There was always something happening on the ship, just not always something that appealed to us. The fitness center was a busy place in the early morning, so get there early if you want a certain machine. The gym opens at 6:00 AM and there were a lot of us that took advantage of the early time.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We enjoyed the shows, we were disappointed that the comedian show on the last day was canceled. The ice skating show was great, the use of drowns were very cool.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The crew on this ship were great, they were cheerful and friendly! Very hard working people!
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
It’s a smaller ship, so it feels like a lot of stuff is crammed in a smaller space. I was also very surprised by the amount of dirty dishes that were left in the hallway and on the pool deck. The floors in certain areas felt dirty and slippery
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The junior suite was comfortable and spacious! We did have issues with the door key scanner, the unit had to be replaced in day 3 but they had it done quickly! There was also an issue with the toilet but it was fixed quickly as well. It’s an older ship so you have to expect these things to happen.
Ship tip
If you are use to the Oasis class ships, be prepared for the space difference and the limited options that come with the smaller ships. The crew was great, so that makes up for the size. If you like to workout in the morning, get up early!
Beautiful location! Our horseback riding excursion got canceled the week before our trip, so that was a bummer but we still enjoyed our time. The vendors were a little aggressive in the port shopping area, so that was little intimidating.
