Cruise was great except for embarkation lack any RCL guidance or standard

Embarkation

Was a terrible experience in LA port. The system was down and people wrapped down and around portage drop. People were mad for waiting in line over two hours to drop luggage with porters. Our RCL representative instructed us to simply go to head of line to drop luggage which as you can image caused people in line to become very aggregated with would gladly have fight. The lack of RCL personnel present to assist versus just the vendor caused more issues. We will not sail out of LA for any future cruise 🚢

We watched you sail away. We were staying at the Crowne Plaza for our cruise on the Discovery Princess the next morning. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with boarding. Things went smoothly for us the next morning. The mess must have just been a fluke!
