I was deeply touched by my dining experience. not only did we enjoy great meals and dining experience, but every staff greeted us with a smile and a great attitude. I've been to many 5-star hotels and resorts across the USA, but the level of service and professionalism your staff demonstrated during our stay was just too amazing and outstanding!! therefore I thank you all and the head waiter for training his waiters right!!

I would like to point out our waiter Mr. Shailendr for serving our table with his best effort to give us the best service, it was our honor to receive such a true passion-driven service to help us feel most welcome and we enjoy every second of our dining. I have no doubt that one day he will be a great manager and continue to impress the customer with such a high level of Royal Caribbean dining experience. A special thanks to Lian for greeting us in Korean and beautiful smile. Thank you for staff who cleaned my unit and remembered our name and greet us every time they saw me. they also left elephant and turtle towels.
