Review summary

We got there an hour and a half before departure and they would not let us board but boarded a girl that came after us. The whole experience was terrible, it was clear they could board us and just chose not to because they wanted to be lazy

So because you got there and no one from your “large group “ even bother to do any kind of do diligence when it come a very important vacation you gave terrible the rest of the cruise experience seem cruising is not for you and your large group

You say that you traveled as a large group, did they refuse boarding to all of you? I know there are laws about boarding after a certain time before sailing. Maybe the girl had previously checked in.

This is why you select an arrival time and arrive at the time you select

Sounds like there might be more to this story they you are sharing!! Rules are made for a reason, and we must follow them for a smooth boarding and departure.

I agree communication in this world in general is important

in years of cruising I've seen people let on up till 30 minutes before cast off... shame on them.

The "girl" may have been a crew member. We I last cruised on her in Dec. And several came late and were not allowed to board. It tells you right on you eDocs you must board 2 hours before the ship is due to sail.

If you didn’t even go on the cruise, take your review away.

The ship does not make the rules for when you can board. It is determined by Federal Regulations.
