Review summary

The Navigator and her staff provided a wonderful Christmans vacation for my family. The decor was beautiful, and the recently re-vamped ship very clean. The staff were all very responsive and overall extremely helpful. The specialty restaurants were great, with Hooked being a new sea food favorite. The use of space was good, considering they fit quite a bit onboard the ship. We enjoyed all areas from the gym, rock climbing wall, waterslides, to miniature golf. This is my favorite medium sized ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Beautiful MDR with typical food choices and some new favorites. Specialty restaurants abound on this vamped up vessel. Hooked is a new favorite if you enjoy fresh seafood. Their specialty seafood sandwich is delicious as are their fresh catches.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The fitness center is for vax'd guests only, and is an ample size to accomodate with social distancing.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Ice show is a must see! The use of drones is unforgetable and the performers are wonderful. The RC dancers and singers put on a great show, and the multifaceted juggler, singer could morph his voice into a vaiety of recognizable talents. The piano bar was a night time favorite as well.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The MDR staff was excellent! The staff was attentive, knew our preferences within the first 2 days, and went above and beyond for dietary restrictions and overall pickiness.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was re-vamped just prior to covid, so it is quite new and fresh. They followed strict covid protocols as CDC requires. I felt very comfortable with all protocols enacted.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We stayed in a jr suite, which allowed for ample room and comfort. It was very clean and the bed comfortable with the additipon of a topper.
