CAPTAIN....late on every shore stop----robbing passemgers of shore time...check logs

HOTEL MANAGER....not ready for 900 Diamond/plus passengers and had to to switch show times and dining on 2nd? day

Anytime DiningΒ  reservations wre not honored and waiting line went to one woman. people were moved to second work station...causing longer lines

STAFF...housekeeping- great.....waiter - great

FOOD....about a 6-7....shrimp excellent and steak tough

HEA;LTH---caught Norwalk virus last 3-4 days....NEVER BEEN SICK ON ANY SHIP BEFORE.....MISSED FRANCE

WE'LL ABSOLUTELY STAY RCL....BUT NOT NAVIGATOR
