Review summary

CAPTAIN....late on every shore stop----robbing passemgers of shore time...check logs

HOTEL MANAGER....not ready for 900 Diamond/plus passengers and had to to switch show times and dining on 2nd? day

Anytime Dining reservations wre not honored and waiting line went to one woman. people were moved to second work station...causing longer lines

STAFF...housekeeping- great.....waiter - great

FOOD....about a 6-7....shrimp excellent and steak tough

HEA;LTH---caught Norwalk virus last 3-4 days....NEVER BEEN SICK ON ANY SHIP BEFORE.....MISSED FRANCE

WE'LL ABSOLUTELY STAY RCL....BUT NOT NAVIGATOR

That one woman was the maitre'd in charge of the dining room so it is her responsibility for that, nobody else's. Captain can't help being late, it is an ESTIMATED time. If you got norovirus it's your fault, shoulda washed your hands

I think you are all too harsh on the OP to be honest. We recently did a b2b on Navigator and dining on the first cruise was the most enjoyable weve had on Royal for years but the second week it was so bad we just ate in windjammer after day 3. We had issues with drink service on all 16 nights. Spoke to the officer in charge if beverages and he did nothing. Shows on 1st week we're ok (no quest which suprised me) but then on 2nd week the theatre was closed one night, no quest and no newlyweds game. Just shows how things can be so different between each week.

So having read a lot of negative reviews, it seems like there's usually 1 thing people are really upset over, so they exaggerate on other things to feel justified. I think this person is really pissed because there were 900 Diamond C&A members so all of the usual amenities weren't available or were crowded.

Not helpful I've read nothing but great reviews on the Navigator, it's best you book something other than a cruise if you are one of these people who moans and whines about anything

Something not right. I loved the Navigator- in march. Not even one complaint. We arrived at our ports on time, but I didn't have my time clock with me. I would think getting the flu is possible anywhere but after paying all that money- very disappointing. Went to Hawaii for 3 weeks and got broncitis for 2.
