Review summary

I'm still waiting, after all this time, to receive my reimbursement check to cover the cost of changing my return flights. Royal cancelled my sailing of the Empress and I reschedule on the Navigator, with extreme personal effort, I might add.

Again, I'm still waiting here people!!!!

I couldn't order a drink in the jacuzzi in the Solarium, very disappointed in that location only.

This review is for Navigator, not the Empress...get it together. Booking a cruise right after a dry dock always is a crapshoot.

Was the flight included in your cruise fare? If not then wouldn't your travel insurance cover this as it wouldn't be RCI responsibility. I always have to fly to Southampton to join cruises but getting there and paying for it is my responsibility
