Review summary

Cruise Director, Jerome, and his staff make the trip worthwhile no matter what the weather. He was the director on our first cruise a couple of years ago on the Majesty of the Seas, and no one has been able to come close to comparing since. We were so excited to find out he's now on the Navigator!

Because of ocean swells, we were unable to stop in Grand Cayman - tender boats were not allowed out. Disappointing, but not RC's fault. The excursion desk was swamped with people (including us) wanting to redo their excursions in the remaining ports, and all went smoothly and swiftly.

The wait staff is phenomenal! Truly a place where "everyone knows your name".

The virtual balcony was very nice, but I don't think I'd pay the extra fee to have it next time.

Horseback riding and ocean swim with horses in Falmouth was incredible. Personal beach cabana and Zipline in Labadee. If you're in Grand Cayman, you have to go to Stingray City.

what excursions did you do in Falmouth and Labadee?

Thanks for the info! Sailing on the navigator of the seas, in February!

You get a refund on the excursion and I believe also a portion of the port taxes/fees you paid with your fare

Just curious, as we have never run into this, but what happens when a excursion is cancelled due to weather....do you lose the money you paid out? Thanks
