Review summary

Group of 24 was not seated together for main dinning. Two members were assigned to 4th floor. Two members were assigned to opposite side on the 3rd floor. The group was booked together and we expected to be seated for dinning together. This impacted our entire trip. Not sure if this was done my the booking agent or cruise line. So we will not use either next year for our family reunion.

We always go to dining room when we get on ship and make sure our table is what we wanted. If not they usually fix it .

did you request to be sat together when you arrived on ship with the dining staff or customer service? or even at the time of booking?
