Review summary
Waited 3 hours to board the ship. Originally thought extra security, but later found that computers were down. Some port employees 1st day on the job. Very chaotic! Once on the cruise, some of us lost water pressure other passengers lost ability to flush. We called maintenance 3 times to fix our air conditioning to no avail. Spent nights throwing off covers & sweating! Staff on ship was excellent. Food in formal dining room great. Buffet in Windjammer ok. Getting off the ship was just as chaotic as getting on. 7 cruise ships in port at the same time so we waited in long lines trying to get a taxi. Have cruised out of this port before & have never experienced these problems. Hope RC can get this resolved!

Ship tip
Navigator just repositioned to Ft. Lauderdale from Galveston . I hope RC can resolve port/ship issues soon. Have sailed with RC before & have always had a fantastic experience. Will sail RC again on another ship.
