Review summary

Our family had a terrific time on this cruise. There are many things to explore, shows were mostly good, ice rink and flowrider were entertaining.  The weather was terrific! This is the smoothest sailing experience yet, no sea-sickness, at all!  We would certainly do this cruise again and recommend these ports to others! The people encountered were friendly and helpful, at all the ports. We felt safe both on and off the boat! This is an experience everyone should enjoy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We enjoyed both fine dining and casual buffet. Food could use more spice, but they cater to international pallets, still good!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There were shows scheculed each evening, 3 swimming pools, 7 hot tubs, flow rider, ice rink, promendade shopping, and plenty of sunshine!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
2 shows were geared toward the older crowd, music from 40s-50s and the last night's show, comedian, was the least entertaining. But plenty of other things to do!

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
teens have the option to go 'hang out' as they choose, our kids didn't go much, but it looked like all the kids/teens were entertained anytime we saw a group.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Enjoyable international staff, all friendly and helpful!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Decor was lovely, all updated/modern!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We only sleep and clean-up here, so not in the room much. It's a small room, but cozy enough. Kids bunk beds come down from the ceiling and they think "it's cool". Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and the attendant "Edward" kept our room serviced/fun towel animals daily! Our room looked as pictured, but beds pushed together and 2 twin beds lowered from the ceiling.

Ship tip

The ship is so big and beautiful. Look at the layout ahead of time to have an idea where to go. 1st day, go to studio B to get ice show tickets, they're free, but needed for the limited seating shows! Try the rockwall, flowrider, and ice rink! Get to know your stateroom attendant, very helpful!

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

5 out of 5
We enjoy local food and walk along the seawall area! Plenty of hotels to choose from to stay the night before the cruise.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Locals in Cozumel are friendly and we love the local shopping, outside the port area. Plenty of great snorkel sites that are a short $10. taxi ride away!

Belize City, Belize

5 out of 5
The ship docks 5 miles from town and you have to take a small boat 20minutes to the town dock. Poor town area outside port area, but locals are friendly and excursion areas are beutiful. We enjoyed seeing howler monkeys and walking through rain forest, beautiful!

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
We booked an excursion to snorkel along the Barrier reef. We rode in a van 30minutes to the other side of the island to a local hotel/snorkel area and it looked like a tropical paradise. After 2- 1 hour snorke outtings, we ordered food from the hotel, swam in the pool, then enjoyed the private beach. We booked this excursion through Cheap cruise. Perfect Day!
