Our Cabin Steward, Palani made our room spotless, everyday. Very happy with his cleaning service. Gede Purwa, who waited on us every dinner time was excellent, as well. Officers, Joy and Mary Ann were awesome and very friendly. Ricky and Mary at the Buddah Bar were excellent singers and entertainers. We give each of them and their services a 10 rating.

MSC Sinfonia is a small ship compared to the other MSC fleet like Meraviglia but their service crew are very dedicated and big on customer satisfaction.
