Food & service at sit downs were fine. All needed more seasoning or to be cooked more appropriately. Pastas I tried were overdone. Lemon sorbet was to die for, and loved having fresh fruit daily at the buffet. Buffet was crowded and chaotic, to the point where I preferred the sit down restaurants despite the ambush of servers asking you the same questions on repeat.

Pools were lovely, as was the thermal area paid upgrade. Loved the slides. Zip line was too slow to be worth it.
Entertainment

Best show was Peter Punk! Enjoyed the Michael Jackson tribute dance night, but the rest were forgettable despite talented dancers and singers.

Everyone was friendly, but server struggled to understand the requests I and other table mates made at dinner (bringing white wine instead of red, wrong dishes, etc)- always had to ask for more water.

Booked interior, got upgraded to balcony. Room was clean & felt more spacious than I expected. Lovely view from 9th floor, but lots of noise carryover from the nightly parties starting at 11:30pm.
I'm glad you enjoyed the MSC Seaside, usually you don't see many good reviews, my experience was not as good. The plus side, compared to other cruiselines is that it's a bargain pricewise.
