Review summary

We gave MSC a try because we couldn't imagine it could be so terrible. It was an epic failure. We would not go again if it was free. We couldn't be more disappointed in the food, limited activities, the ships Layout or how poorly designed the ship is. We spent the entire trip waiting for elevators, being packed like sardines, getting lost because there is no flow and being hearded like cattle to get food that's lower quality then fast food...absolutely terrible. The only people who looked like they may have enjoyed it were the ones who were drunk. Everyone else's vibe was annoyed including the ships staff. I have never seen so many unhappy people. We cruised 15 times and never seen so many people so excited about getting off the ship to go home...usually its the worst part. On the Seaside...getting home is the highlight. I dont have enough time to write about how horrible it was bc I would be here all day. All I can say is spend the extra money on a real cruiseline bc what u save with MSC isn't worth what you lose. It was a Big mistake and I regret it.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The food was terrible. Low budget doesn't begin to describe the lack of variety or quality

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Amateurs...and nothing like Carnival, RC or the others.

Children's Programs

No kids on trip

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Everyone on the entire ship forced a smile...no one seemed genuine

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Layout may be worse then the food. We spent hours waiting for elevators and packed like sardines because. And there is no deck that allows u to walk through. The ship is like a maze and without flow so mobs of people everywhere.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Cabin was the best part which is sad because I would have had a better time at home hanging out in my bedroom...and my family and I wished we had.

Ship tip

Upgrade the food
