Worst cruise i ever took. Crew almost okay, Cabin a safety hazard. Food horrible. Internet fair. Many many issues.

Review summary

Never again will we cruise MSC. Terrible terrible food. Internet desk crew were not at all helpful. Safety hazards in the room were even the emergency buttons didn't work.

Handicap accessible, bed was practically on top of the ramp going out to the balcony with the ramp camouflaged but the dark carpet. Hard bed with no sofa just one hard chair. Almost no storage.

MSC caters to only one demographic effectively....first time cruisers. Otherwise they seem to disappoint. That being said, I didn't :hate" them, just need to manage expectations I guess.
