I really enjoyed this cruise the ship is beautiful and had great service being American i can see why people complain it is not geared toward our market the europeans keep to themselves and they don’t play hardly any American music soI can see how someone who typically cruises on royal carnival or Norwegian would not enjoy this cruise nevertheless I really had a great cruise and you cannot beat it for the price. Side note we Cruised at 100% capacity and there were less than 500 Americans on board

Main dining room was good had two meals that had to be sent back I typically don’t eat in the main dining room I prefer the specialty restaurants but the specialty restaurants on the ship are mostly à la cart I like the way royal or Norwegian has it set up better

The ship is beautiful everywhere you go only complaint is that the activities by the pool or silly games dance classes every day I prefer to have music every day a good band or a DJ being as it’s mostly European they only play Spanish music which I listen to and Enjoy but the dance classes every day have to go

The DJs played mostly Spanish music which I like and enjoy most Americans probably would not enjoy that if They are trying to get into the American market they will never do it with the type of music being played on ship I do not usually a 10 theater performances and did not on this cruise either

I had excellent service from everyone the boys can get busy in the main atrium but that is to be expected they probably could put a few more bartenders there but with the drink packages why would day it would just cost a shit more money but I never had a problem getting a drink by the pool And the wait staffwas excellent

Canin was typical it was kept very clean note to American cruisers they do not usually put washcloths in your bathroom you have to ask for them and the bathroom is a little smaller than other cruise I have been on
Ship tip
If you were expecting a carnival cruise line type feel you will not be happy it is definitely not a party on the ship
Typical Jamaica did the horseback riding and had a wonderful time but you get hounded at the port And every other place you go in Jamaica it is to be expected but it is a beautiful country
Went to stingray city it was beautiful had a great time except the water was very rough the day we went so it was difficult for people to stay comfortable standing also the boat stopped in deep water so if you were not a good swimmer you couldn’t get to where the stingrays were we noticed a few people who couldn’t get off the excursion boat
Very very easy we walked off at 8 AM was in an Uber by 830 the new system with the facial recognition if you have a passport is the way to go note to American cruisers who don’t have passports get them you can save so much time
