Review summary

For a first solo cruise it was pretty good. Very friendly people all around. Just minor hiccups at the very end.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Lots of repetitive food. Easy to find vegetarian and keto options. Amazing staff in buffet and restaurants.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Two of the bands were amazing, Island Notes and the Magic Duo. They're were a few games that I watched but the vibe was mostly relaxation.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The costumes and caliber of talent was nothing less than Broadway perfect. The themes were kind of all over the place. There were pole dancers during the Michael Jackson show. Just weird.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All service was excellent.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was really clean and constantly being cleaned. The soap dispensers and hand sanitizer dispensers were inadequate. Giving you a drop of soap. I can forsee that as a problem for spreading germs.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was always very clean. Room was spacious. I have never seen a shower that small. Barely enough room to turn around.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Well organized staff for embarkation.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Bacardi tour was great with a souvenir cup and 2 drinks.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Partly my fault because I missed the part of the description where it said we would be at the beach for 2 hours so I didn't have a bathing suit. I was miserably hot. The taxi's that they used for transportation were extremely hot and uncomfortable because we were packed in like cattle.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
I loved loved loved this tour. The small busses were comfortable and air conditioned and the stops were timed just right to get pictures and keep it moving. Manuel was so knowledgable and funny.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
I found a dunkin donuts for coffee because the coffee on all cruise ships seems to be decaffeinated.

Disembarkation

Nightmare. 5000 guests out of 1 door took about 4 hours of unorganized mess.
