Review summary

I had problems with misrepresentation from MSC before we left. Customer service was slow to acknowledge and remedy inconveniences- expect long lines, excuses and prolonged wait times. Only positives were the boat itself and the food.

The food onboard was one of my favorite things about the trip. Wait service was friendly and attentive, but the main dining rooms are loud like a high school cafeteria (we could hear the music from other onboard activities as well). Bar tenders were hit or miss in regards to their drink crafting abilities.

Long waits for elevators but the rooms were very clean and maintained constantly. Beds were also extremely comfortable. Low ceilings and signs caused many headaches.

Excursion was rushed and cut short by late stragglers. We did not see all that was promised . Transportation was disorganized . Waited close to an hour for pick up. Prepare/account for “island time” when arranging transportation.
