Sorry if this review seems negative but I have been on many cruises and this one didn't meet my standards in any aspect. The only redeeming quality of this cruise was the fact that we stopped at 4 ports. I am not sure how this survey works but my rating is definitely NOT a 3/4 ... at best I would give it a 2/4 only.
Embarkation

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Food was at best, average. Not sure why the Italians were not able provide a richer, international cuisine. There were no options on the menu except for simple, boring, western food!
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Nothing much to do on the ship ... for the number of people, there was hardly any activity except for smoke, drink and lounge at the pool.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Entertainment was ok ... when I compare this to Royal Carribean's Allure, this ship's performances were amateur at best. I felt that MSC didn't invest in a larger troupe and tried to get the most out of this one. Overall, I would say, that I was not impressed. Having said that, a couple of performances were great.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Staff were polite but the ship was understaffed because the staff looked like they were seriously over-worked!
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
I felt like I was packed into this ship like sardines!! There is NO RUNNING/WALKING TRACK around the ship ... SERIOUSLY??!! What were they thinking?? Add to that the blady Yacht club ... which occupied all the premium areas in front so we weren't allowed to even experience the front. Wow ... sorry MSC ... don't be so greedy! I couldn't walk more than 30 seconds before bumping into some barrier or some one. The architect of the ship made extra effort that there would be no easy space where people can walk. The ship looks impressive from the outside but it's a MAJOR DESIGN FAIL ... M-A-J-O-R!! 6000 people on board and there is no promenade ... people were just packed into a blady atrium 4 floors high. Overall, the feeling I got was what you get on planes ... there are way too many people on them and the company is trying to squeeze out as much profit as possible. MSC should go and learn from the Allure/Oasis of the seas so they can understand how to do better space management.
