The zip line on the seaside was not really scary and I did not think it was worth the money. The water sides were good but average in performance . Some tubeless sides lacked enough water to assist the smooth flow of the rider. The gym overall was good clean and well maintained. However it should open before 6am for early risers. The gym attendant who opens the glass doors at 6am was not too happy to find people standing at the glass doors which was at the entrance to the gym. At one point he yelled at me and other passengers stating we should be standing outside in the corridor and pay attention to the timmings of the gym. He was very rude, but that did not in anyway reflect bad overall on the MSC SEASIDE crew or experience for me. Some staff in every organization dont always reflect the spirit of the company. However 99.9% rating for the cruise ship, staff cruise director and entertainment performers

Stage shows Djs Cruise director and other performers were truly first class and deserve 100% for keeping us entertained in a manner that was a pleasurable experience

We dined at ipanema restaurant every evening and it was a great experience. The waiters Jayson & Patrick were very courteous and well mannered. They took particular attention to our needs and it is what made dining at the ipanema a truly enjoyable experience. Employees like Jayson & Patrick are an asset to MSC seaside and deserve a big thank you! Their service ALWAYS comes with a smile and that makes the difference between the dining room staff and the buffet staff. The room service staff were equally polite and helpful and took good care of our needs. Again overall 100% score in this area

MSC seaside is remarkably among the best cruise ships. Its modern and the grand crystal staircase is absolutely spectacular. The common areas were super clean, however for the size of the ship and the people it accomodates and entertains each day is noteworthy and commendable.

Overall a great MSC SEASIDE experience. The ship comfort entertainment food and cleanliness is simply SUPER.!

Down load the MSC app it will be of great help to book shows excursions and generally find your way around the ship.
A bit chaotic , but okay after all it is Jamaica and saying Ya Mahn to a pot smokin dude sometimes did not always register. The MSC excursion guide in ocho rios was good and knowledgeable
