Review summary

I was enjoying my our cruising with MSC until the incident with the assistant supervisor of housekeeping and our neighbors. The ship is a beautiful, the entertainment is good, the food is good and the rooms are very nice.

The only big problem we had on our cruise was with the assistant supervisor of house keeping. Someone was smoking on their balcony and we reported it. The assistant supervisor told our neighbors that I called and reported that they were smoking on the balcony. Our neighbors became very upset with me and started screaming at me. It was not me that called it was my husband and he did not say the next door room he said about three or four room down. I felt the supervisor was wrong in even telling them the call came from our room. The call my husband made should have been confidential.
