We love the Seaside, it was our first time cruising with MCS and we like it. You have the opportunity to make friends from all around the world, we make a few!! The crew it's always willing to help you and they are nice and friendly. We never have to wait for the elevators and the cruise was a sold out.
We upgraded the Drink on Us to the deluxe package and it was the best decision not only the alcohol but the specialty coffee, chocolate, everything at Vencchi Chocolaterie (except the chocolate candies), crepes, sparkling water, regular water, snacks and beverages form the minibar, gelatos, milkshakes, frozen drinks, it's all included.. did I said Crepes? mmm
With the package if you want wine while dinning they will bring you the bottle so you do not have to order each time you want another glass of wine. Oh.. and Try the Old Smokey at the Welcome bar where you find the specialty restaurants...

Tepanyaki was Excellent! main dinning room and buffets also was very good. The buffet at lunch have the same food everyday but we enjoyed it!!
Vencchi have the most amazing hot chocolate and chocolate martinis..
Onboard Activities

The white party was fun, they have a huge party at the pool deck. We enjoy the dance classes specially Salsa and Mambo and the games and activities they have at the Heaven Lounge. Water slides was super fun!! We didn't ride the zipline I think it was close most of the time. Only saw one person in the zipline in the whole cruise.

Everyone was nice and friendly also very attentive and helpful pleasing everybody. But saw a few guests being rude with a waiter... Oh that waiter had patience..., the agony in her face trying to please them... So when I read comments that the crew are rude I seriously doubt it.

Everything is pristine, clean and beautiful. Very elegant cruise. Take a little time to get to know the cruise. Be careful with the mirrors it seems that the corridor continues until you find yourself face to face with you in the mirror. Lol

Very good location near the elevators. we had a balcony stateroom and was a nice touch the boardwalk hiding the lifeboats. When you sit at the balcony can see the people walking like a city walk not the orange lifeboats..
Excursion at the Duns Falls was amazing!! I think this excursion it's very dangerous because many people fall trying to climb. But if your adventurous it's very very, very, fun and you make friends along the way!.
What I don't like was the behavior of the bus guide misinformed you with the shoe rental and then trying to sell you things along the road. Also we where told to leave our things on the bus that it's safe and when we arrive there were people inside the bus.
We discovered that bar on the last night. I had the old Smokey and it was my favorite! We are in Yacht Club next August who I will be having a lot of old Smokey’s!!
Wish we’d the same crew as you did. On both our MSC cruises they were horrendous. I’ll put it down to a bad experience but wouldn’t sail with them again
