Review summary

First time and the last one with MSC I did 5 cruise before ( carnival and princess) and Nevers have a bad service like yours. Every days I have some argumentation with your staff ( not suppose to be ). I have a child don’t eat before 10:00 am because we don’t found g’uten Free food I go to the guest service to try to understand and they have a line up for 50 minutes a ask the security guys to call me the supervisor for the restaurant and the answer was go in ligne and wait I refuse and ask again to call the supervisor and he just leave. Another time a go to the arcade ( only 2 machine ) and I play whit my family to the victual gun 5 d and my Gun was not working at all so I explain the situation to the guy and the answer was I can not doing anything for that ..... really ... I paid 10$ for each one. Another time I was seat to the buffet and whant to drink a glass of wine ( included in my cruise ) the have a problem with my card so they refuse to give me my wine a need to used my drink tiquet ( never saw drink tiquet before ) I wait 45 minutes in ligne and no excuse nothing for the problèm ... I have many exemple like that. I will never going back in a cruise with MSC and will not recommend that company to anyone

Hard to found bread for the breafast and we have a child’s with gluten allergy and we have a lot of problem on the 3 first day to found food with gluten free every one said something different only Yoda five the right way and every time we go to the restaurant the server said they don’t have gluten free at the buffet and when we said call Yoda

I've sailed with NCL, RCCL, and MSC and if I ever needed things pressed I just paid the cost to have it done by the crew. Those cruise lines don't have a laundry room for guest to use personally.

Yashu, do you mean that ships don’t have irons/ironing boards in the cabins? If so, that’s correct, but I know all Carnival and Princess ships have a couple of laundry rooms with irons/boards in them. I agree with you that the OP provided a very different review...
