Review summary

Very disappointed over all. Basically , with the service , the attitude of the guest service people, the Maître D telling us lies, the extra charge for this mini suite was ridiculous, so not worth it , basically the same room as a balcony.

Great food but limited choices expecailly for people with back to back cruises like us. Great drinks. They did not have any lobster nights, quite disappointing since other ships always had this.

Onboard Activities

Slide was out for repair a few days and the sled to take up three flights of stairs is not onl heavtfor an adult but crazy for a teenager. A lot of other activities you had to pay extra for.

Entertainment

Good but really short and you had to make reservations because the theatre was too small to accommodate the passengers.

Service and Staff

Room steward was excellent and so was my waiter and assistant for dinner but Breakfast at the dining room was a joke. The staff has a language problem, they don’t understand English enough so they get half the orders wrong. No one knows who’s table is who’s. No assigned tables for the waiters. P

Called a mini suite but that was only in name. Same features as a balcony room but charged extra money for nothing. Not enough storage area for clothes and vey small washroom. Shower is ridiculously small. Not worth the extra cash.

I cruised Feb 3 and we had a great time! Your cruise is what you make it. If you go ship chat and look for my boarding post on Feb 3 I wrote each day.
