Beautiful ship,ocean cay,beautiful, I was very happy,would like to see a little more variety for breakfast, but was nice trying other foods,great job MSC,pretty good for a cargo company, PS people, donate to MSC foundation, keep the oceans beautiful

Will not be going on MSC cruise again. Horrible experience and feel like we should be compensated for this experience. This is not what we paid for.

Don't waste your time or money on MSC. It appears that they take you the places where they want to garner additional revenues.

Need to ask people to wash hands when entering buffets. 5 out of our group of 6 all got Covid. (Packed elevators)

Make sure to plan and check weather because they won’t let you know itinerary will change even if they already know a week ahead

Great cruise. Book another MSC cruise for March 2023 on Seascape. Staff was fabulous. Shout out to Celbert our server in the Tribeca Restaurant, our cabin steward, Von & of course Arpy, our server in the Brooklyn Cafe. She really went above & beyond. Everyone was great and made our cruise the BEST.

I was throughly impressed with our trip and the crew and staff of the MSC Seashore

Good value for the money, but ill stick with royal caribbean in the future. Im not sure if many of my issues with it are related to COVID and other cruise lines are doing it, or its just this cruise line. The staff all had to wear masks, which made no sense when you have a cruise ship of over 3k people not.

They changed our itinerary prior to embarking but did not let us know until we arrived at our cabin which I was super mad about and a lot of the passengers too. We also bought the spa and it has a schedule that was stupid and did not match our itinerary

Disappointing. Food mediocre. Itinerary changed due to weather. New itinerary was bad. We left the ship after one week.

Had a great time. Will do it again. Got our money's worth. Recommend cruise to friends. Looking forward to sail again. The shows were better than on Broadway. Got an extra port to visit. Art was overpriced. Could have used an art auction. Too much Pork and shell food. Staff was excellent everywhere.

MSC should have refunded our money as we paid for travel insurance and they changed the itinerary to destinations that WE DID NOT WANT TO GO TO.

I was pulled by security , they popped my luggage open then taped it as they damaged the zipper. I had insurance but when I called MSC’s I got the runaround. I was transferred numerous times I eventually stopped calling and told myself never would I sailed with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Our Tee shirts and Backpacks carries our flag 🇯🇲 but that doesn’t make us Drug Dealers. We are Proud Jamaicans. We were racially profiled on MSC’s Cruise because of our attire.

Highly recommend! We upgraded to Yacht Club and cant wait ti return

First time on MSC will probably be my last, several europeans on the ship that causes lots of confusion and most are very rude. Food & Bev Service and Quality was Below Average close to Poor. I'm loyal to RC and wanted to try something New I wish I had not.

I was hesitant at first given some of the reviews I've watched or read. I'm overjoyed that I ignored those less than stellar opinions and tried it out for myself. The food, ship, entertainment, and overall value for money are near impossible to beat. Nothing I can say here might convince you to part with your hard-earned money, but for me, I booked my next cruise before I left the boat. For reference, this was my sixth cruise between three other cruise lines and my first (of many more) on MSC.

Overall, the ships food was sub par and entertainment was not there. The itinerey was very rushed and we didn't even get to see PR because of the timing pulling up at 5PM onboard by 11ish ? And it's dark? That was very disappointing.

We enjoyed our cruise with the ship being the most beautiful we've ever been on. This cruise was very international, we rarely heard anyone speaking English and it sounded like it was a wide variety of languages people were speaking. The food was good but we wish they had more smaller convenient places around the ship to get more small bites to eat at various times when we didn't want to go into the dining rooms.

This was my first and last 5000+ passenger cruise. I took this cruise to learn about large ships and satisfied my curiosity. Back to Back experience left a lot to be desired. If I had known that it would take 3+ hours, I would have gone home for the day. I live less than an hour away from the terminal.

The ship was beautiful which was one of the main reasons why we chose this ship. But the food was not good, the 'complimentary' restaurants food tasted like it was under a heat lamp for an hour. The buffet served the same food every day, bland tasteless. The speciality restaurants were great namely butchers cut and Ocean cay. I also did not care for the passengers on board as I thought most were rude and tended to skip lines, walk into you and were loud/obnoxious. We also caught COVID on this ship from all the people not covering their mouths when coughing or sneezing. Our room also had a water leak from the bathroom shower that caused the carpet to be constantly wet and was not addressed until we went to guest services where they graciously moved us to a different suite.
