Loved yacht club and will definitely do it again😊

First time in a MSC cruise ship and have a good time. Very beautiful and clean ship. Lots of activities arround the ship for everybody. The pools and slides was awsome. The food and pizza in the buffet area was delicious. Limited desserts in the buffet and the elevators very slow.

I'll stick with other cruise lines due to many reasons. The food and entertainment (shows) were lacking. The layout was bad. AND NO ONE tells you how to use the elevators (to go to floors) correctly!!! Lack of information. And their app could be a lot, a lot better. It could be a great cruise line.. could be.

1st time on MSC. I would highly recommend. Elegant decor on this ship. Friendly staff.

This was a wonderful trip. Our 6th on MSC. Our favorite cruise line. Ready to go again but must rest awhile. I have ZERO. Complaints

WAS A DISASTER AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND THE TIME.

We travelled as a family of six and had another family of 5 travel with us. Wonderful time shared by all. Make sure your kids keep their wristbands on for the slides or you will have to fill out a brand new form every time and the line for that can be rather long sometimes. Also, if you order the Prosecco and Canapé tray, be sure to let them know exactly what day you want it or it will not be delivered, nor refunded. I did think that was a little silly for them to just not refund the $30 but we made up for it with using the drink package until the last night when they cut it off 😂 Fair winds!

We love MSC and the Yacht Club however this cruise was not the experience that we are used too in the Yacht Club. Every meal was loud and parents not tending to their children in the dining room. Which caused chaos and stress for other passengers and staff. The same goes for the pool and hot tub areas within Yacht Club. Parents not tending to their kids. It shouldn't be up to the staff and other passengers to babysit their kids. Children running around, parents completely drunk and not caring where their children are or what they are doing. lastly, we were on a lower deck at the spa and got rained on by a bunch of cigarette butts (some were still light) along with a red dot laser pointed at us. Of course It was reported. We did have some great things on this cruise too. Our servers were great and gracious. The spa is worth the money. Also found a nice hiding spot on the deck there. The shows have really improved. The Cabaret Rouge house band is amazing. Will I cruise MSC again probably but not anytime soon. I will explore other cruise lines.

We had the most amazing experience. We would highly recommend MSC. We booked another cruise with them already for next year!

All in all I would do MSC again as long as disembarkation improves, the ship is beautiful, the staff was wonderful and so friendly, it was a good cruise overall! Oh and the triangle pizza in the buffet is fantastic!

Balcony room was super! Loved casino! Entertainment super! Ports great! Loved!

MSC cruises have become our favorite. There is more relaxed and less frat party feel to it.

Private island amazing experience. Cruise overall wasn’t bad. Would prefer carnival or royal next time.

Poor experience, water in hot tubs cold and adult pool broken until last day. Food awful Got sick one day from buffet

Overall we loved this short cruise and would sail MSC again.

Ocean Cay is always fantastic! I am looking forward to going back after the upgrades are done. I also absolutely love spending the night there and waking up to that beautiful view! I highly recommend MSC, but I’m not a fan of this ship.

My husband and I was on vacation aboard the MSC Seashore. this so far is the worst cruise we've been on this far. The food was bad, the ship was dirty it needs a deep cleaning. Personnel was lazy and not nice at all perhaps their boss is mean maybe that spilled over on there personality. Our stop at Nassau Bahamas was short and we was left behind by the captain of the MSC Seashore. We had non of our papers needed no clothes there were six of us we all are seniors we needed our medications we had a miserable painful experience not to mention our blood pressure was about to blow through the roof I'm at home now but my blood pressure I'm having my problem getting it back down when I got home my blood pressure was 204 over 107. it's still high even though I've taken my medicine I'm sick I have severe gastritis and acid reflux GERD so I was without my medicine for 4 days for my blood pressure GERD and other things I'm throwing up constantly acid and my food if the captain had taken the time to pack our property at least our medication and our paperwork that we needed by the time he did that we would have been on the ship the ship left at 3:15 just absurd. we had to go to the US embassy in Nassau Bahamas we needed to get passports we didn't have all of our proper documents birth certificate etc we went through hell trying to obtain everything needed not to mention the people of Nassau aren't real buttholes they treated us as if we were poison I've never been treated so poorly this port is horrible the people at the port was very little help we had to beg them to help us beg them to do their job I never seen such unprofessionalism and my whole life just nasty for no reason.

Overall the cruise was good. Despite the lack of bar service and the ability to go to the front of the ship due to the yacht club taking up three of the top decks. Entertainment on the seashore was good. The casino was good but I didn't spend a lot of time in there. And not being able to drink in the pool was a little different from other cruises I've been on before.

To all you YC snobs, you’re getting played for fools. If you want a small ship, don’t try to buy garbage exclusivity from a second tier confused wannabe mainstream cruise line.
