Review summary

I'll stick with other cruise lines due to many reasons. The food and entertainment (shows) were lacking. The layout was bad. AND NO ONE tells you how to use the elevators (to go to floors) correctly!!! Lack of information. And their app could be a lot, a lot better. It could be a great cruise line.. could be.

Luckily and accidentally we got their 1 hr. early and embarked with the 1st group. It wasn't to bad.

I don't have children but it seems like kids would like the pool area and other activities.

Everyone was absolutely friendly and helpful. Great great staff.

Layout was hard to get used to. It Did Not flow well. Ship was clean.

Teeny tiny bathroom. And wasted space in the room itself. Not happy.

Too far from airport. Cheapest way to get to the port is by the bus company called Goport.

First time with MSC and was very good
Very impressive looking ship, but the service outside the main dining room and room attendant was non existent.
First time on MSC, not sure if or when I would book with them again. There are some problems I feel like need to be worked out.
