Very impressive looking ship, but the service outside the main dining room and room attendant was non existent.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining room was acceptable. There was no service from staff in the Marketplace except to clean tables. You could get service if you wanted to buy a drink.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The pools were great. It felt as if there was a pool on every deck.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The comedian and the stage show, Journey were fantastic.

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The main dining room service was great. The Market Place was nonexistent.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The only area I didn’t like were the elevators. It felt like I spent half of my cruise waiting for one. I am not a fan of this system.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was roomy and comfortable. The carpet could use a cleaning.

Ship tip

Great looking ship but poor service.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
The redesign of the port looks great. Did not do an excursion.

Falmouth, Jamaica

4 out of 5
This was not a bad port in lieu of the fact that it wasn’t our original port.

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

I had visited 4 months earlier.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Great port to visit. I hired a private driver for my excursion.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
It was quick and efficient.
