Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
I have a gluten allergy, my order was take. By the head waiter daily. The only entree I did not care for was the Risotto. All the appetizers and deserts were really good. One item stood out and it was the red sauce on the pasta, it was amazing! The red snapper was also really good. Since my husband is a diamond member we receive a free dinner at Butchers cut, our filet was perfect! Buffet - you will not go hungry on this ship, the buffet is massive and has a huge variety of food, items marked gluten free. No gluten free pizza but hubby said it was like pizza from Italy. Note to gluten free people: talk to the head waiter at the buffet. Also, some items are kept behind the counter and you will need to ask for them.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Lots of pools and a water park area for the kids, the water was cold though. It didn’t stop my grandkids from getting in the water.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The musicians were great! They also had a Rock show that was really good, don’t miss it.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Ok so I don’t have little ones but my daughter said my 5 year old grandson enjoyed the few hours he went to the kids club in the evening. They went back to get him and he did t want to leave.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All of the staff were so friendly, I’m not sure why I saw so many negatives about the staff prior to our cruise but we had not one issue. Our room was always spotless and our room stewards were so kind. The dining room waiters we had were truly the best we have ever had on a cruise ship, I can’t remember all their names but Succeeds group of wait staff were the best. They kept the kids and adults happy. My little grandson just loved the cocktail waitress.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was so clean! The layout was a little different but once you know how to work the elevators and find the bathrooms it all good. No jogging track that goes around the ship but I’m not a runner. 🏃‍♀️

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Beds are a little hard but I loved the pillows. Cabin was always clean. Temperature can be adjusted in your room We put a nightlight in the bathroom for middle of the night searches for the bathroom.

Ship tip

Buffet - keep walking to the back of the ship for more nuggets and seating. It’s like threee buffets in one and more seating in the back. Use the back elevator, almost never busy. Push elevator button for number of people in your party.

Disembarkation

Just follow directions on when to get off and no issues. Got right off the boat. Go to breakfast before 7 to avoid the crowds. We went around 6:45, got a table an no issues. People came later were complaining.
