The cruise was great but having a fall in San Juan and hurting myself was not pleasant. All I needed at the medic was to be bandage 🤕 me and wanted to charge me an outrageous price. Very disappointed 😢

This was one of the best cruises that I have ever been on. There was a lot of entertainment and opportunities to do multiple activities. It was also even to relax.

Great ship, will go again. MSC prices can't be beat.

Overall it was fine. We enjoyed ourselves when we could without spending too much. The ports were the best part. The food and service was our least favorite part. But it was cheap and overall a good deal for a vacation.

A great value with a cabin that would cost you $4,500 on RCL for just $1,288. Ship is maxed for maximum passengers. That is why the pricing is so good. Find a way to avoid crowding getting to events early and it's a great ship.

We've cruised with MSC several times and overall we were very happy with this cruise and enjoyed it much more than many, but not all, of the other cruises we've been on. The entertainment was excellent but different than what you might see on other cruise lines. It definitely has more of a European influence and includes not just singers and dancers but also cirque type performers.

Fair price the buffet is understaffed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first MSc cruise ship I went on which was the sea scape was great. But this particular cruise ship Seashore. I was very disappointed in the service and the food selection.

I wouldn't do this Ship again for 7 days, just not a good experience.

This was my first cruise and I love it my kids had so much fun. The ship was beautiful.

I found a fantastic sale on this cruise ship to the Western Caribbean. I didn't appreciate how adds on a $24.99 booking fee at the very end. Some previous notice on the first page would have been appreciated much more. This was a fun way to get a sample of the Western Caribbean and I thought the ship and staff were wonderful and very hard working. The MSC for Me app that applies to newer ships like the Seashore made planning simple and easy.

I don’t know what to say this cruise was nothing but horrible from one team of people. Medical I was disembark from this cruise in Bahamas for what they claim is appendicitis nope just a black women with a watermelon size fibroid. Me and family over and over explained how it’s not an appendix issue. Well long story short I was correct my fibroid was causing me pain all I needed was pain killers and would have been fine. Instead of scared and alone no one was with me in Bahamas hospital. Having to rely on WiFi only while in Bahamas hospital. Having to pay $625 for a flight to meet the ship in which is wrong no accommodation for their mistake. From 4pm 4/22 until 4/24 I was alone until I caught a cab back to the ship. Which was a hassle I needed to be placed back on the ship all my packages needed to be put back. But never worked had to go to guest services everyday to fix the same issue. This vacation was horrible and I honestly think this cruise line find this issues joke no one has yet reached out to make it right. That’s why I really think me being of color especially in a medical sense there’s no way my fibroids can be an issue I honestly can’t get over how I was treated so dismissive. Trauma is truly this cruise being kick off for just not listening to find out every single issue I said was related to my ongoing issue and not anything these doctors accused me of having. Thank You for the trauma and horrible memories of vacation of 2024.

Not sure if I will do another MSC cruise, the ship was nice and I loved where we went but there are things that need to be looked at. I may try them again in a year or so just to see if things have changed.

There should be an MSC help desk outside ship at debarkation and all ports. We confirmed thru excursion desk of transfer to airport after cruise but has to REPAY for transfer bc they didn't have our names and NO ONE TO HELP.

Overall this was a good cruise. The ship was fantastic and the weather was windy.

Overall a great cruise. Definitely get the specialty restaurants and be patient with the level of service.

overall, MSC was great. Amazing trip. I will go again. Everyone in our group liked it. Worth every penny. I wish there is a sauna with steam. need more varieties in the buffet, especially during breakfast.

Relaxing and fast vacation. Learn elevator system before sailing!
