Embarkation

Quick and easy. I was traveling with someone who had mobility issues and we were immediately offered wheelchair assistance to the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was good in main dining room and buffet. There were different options each night along with the daily offerings. The pizza was excellent and the Sicilian pizza was wonderful- the dough was so light. I’ve read reviews where people complain that there wasn’t any variety but that’s not was I experienced. There was something for everyone. Even the desserts were great.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
One reason I booked this cruise was that the Long Island pool had steps so my cruise mate could get in and out of the pool unassisted. And the infinity pool in the back of the ship was also accessible. Can’t find this on many ships. Lots to do if you want to participate. We had so much fun at the sunshine party!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Attended every theatre show and loved all but one. Dancers and singers are excellent. Also enjoyed the Caberet and piano music.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone was smiling and pleasant everywhere we went. Our dining room waiter Shameer provided the best service and was welcoming every night. We really enjoyed talking with him. Our cabin steward Stanley was also great. Twice we called guest services because we needed something or our safe wasn’t working properly and both times someone was at our cabin within 10 minutes to fix things for us.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship is beautiful and all common areas were well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

Balcony cabin seemed a little smaller than other cruise line I’ve been on but beds were great and not too soft.
