Review summary
The metal shelf fencing from the Bathroom fell on my wife's leg Tessie Jackson on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from the MSC Seashore Cruise ship cabin 5029 around 10am. We went to Medical to get attention. She saw the Doctor and he advised us to avoid the ocean water. So that ruined that excursion to Puerto Plata the next morning because Tessie could not get into the water, and I didn't without her. A maintenance person came that day to repair the shelf. However, unfortunately we did not have a picture, but they should have a work order record because he had to screw in the fencing to the shelf. We complained later but they would only offer us a special meal or massage. The offer was not acceptableEmbarkation
