Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The buffet food and MDR food were great, sadly the beverage areas in the buffet were lacking crew and at times were a disaster. Ice on the floor to totally being shut down due to lack of crew.

Onboard Activities

The central pool was a joke for an over 5k group of passengers the main pool was meant for a 1k group of passengers. And in my opinion it was an ugly pool, absolutely hated it!!!

Service and Staff

The crew appeared to be totally understaffed. If you got a smile out of the buffet crew you got lucky! Not all the crew there but I would say 60% were not overly friendly and that's OK they don't need to be but you could sense that something was wrong.

Ship Quality

Hated the design of the ship!!!! But worse was the vomit in the elevator. They had the time to put a plastic triangle sign up saying watch your step, but never shut it down!!!! This to me was unbelievable and unacceptable! It goes back to this ship feeling totally understaffed and unhappy.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was Ok there was a piece of trim on the closet that was falling apart, and although mid cruise they cleaned the balcony their remained what appeared to me to be giant toe nail still on the deck.

Ship tip

Don't sail on it!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

We just loaded up there.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

Ocean CAy is amazing but again the staff seemed to be unfriendly, including a lifeguard who wore ski goggles and a mask on his face. He looked funky!

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
It was OK, but I've been there numerous times so I was sort of over it.

Disembarkation

LOL the herding process was interesting, without a main promenade in the ship we weaved through every public area of the ship to get off.
