Chef needs to learn what medium well is compared to raw. Maybe he/she needs to rethink job decision. I'm from Texas and would have expected it to be some what close to med well ( the way I order all my steak) instead of raw and cold inside. Dennys cooks them better

My room steward, "Cherry" was awesome. My room was always well keeped and extremely clean. And whe. I would see he she asked if I needed anything at all. Perfect reflection of what I would expect from the rest of the crew. A few of my waiters and bar tenders were very good with the exception of the bars at the stars. Crapy customer service
