Review summary
MSC Staff was not forthright when it came to providing complete info at booking, was told we needed to bring own distilled water for CPAP and that a plug was available at bedside. Later, on ship when we noted this was a chance to evaluate MSC for future European cruises but wouldn't be able to get water through TSA was told that distilled water was available but didn't want to provide it unless they needed to. No plug at bedside, needed extension cord (refundable $30 on day of disembarkation at guest services). Price is only thing they have going for this cruise line.Embarkation
