If you're looking for good customer service and hospitality this might not be your ship. Just about noone was on any mission to welcome or accommodate guests.

Other than having only one operating elevator on our parking level at the port all else was pretty smooth. We did get our luggage delivered fairly quickly. There could be some kind of explanation posted when you get to your room on how to get the room lights to work. Many of us were stuck in the hallway because we didn't know you have to use your room key card to operate the lights.

The food on the buffet was okay. Simple things such as bagels and ham weren't on the menu. The buffet is spread so far apart we were there for days before we even knew there was another side. The staff was rude. Hard to come across a smile. They would ignore you and walk away quickly. No offer of trays to carry your food. The dining room was always hot. I was nauseous often due to the heat. Many people were fanning themselves in there. My biggest complaint is we asked for early dining and were given the latest dining. Only ate in the main dining room once because it was too late for us. Lost out on all the good food. Last morning of the cruise I was given a spoiled milk. It was rancid and that ended my meal abruptly. It wasn't expired so my guess it was brought out and returned after breakfast and brought out again. Being that our dinner time was 4.5 hours later than we requested we asked if we could take our food to go so we could eat when we were ready and we were told no.

There were shows, small casino, bars, and other things. Again, extremely hot in all areas of the inside.
Entertainment

Entertainers were good. Nikki Carr was an awesome woman who was very funny and personable. She treated us better than the staff with her great personality and smiles.

I only came across three GREAT staff members throughout the floors. Literally everyone else looked like they hated their jobs. They would ignore you, or talk rudely to you, or not even address you at all. Not a hospitable crew. Neelam Athal is the MVP that I can boast about. She is a very hospitable person and also a beautiful soul. She went above and beyond and out of her way to take care of us.
Ship Quality

Ship was clean. Layout wasn't great. Parts of the ship you wouldn't even know were there. Elevator was broke SEVERAL times so exploring became a task.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was perfect for the two of us.
Ship tip
Tip in cash. Most of the staff do not deserve to be over tipped. The few great ones that made us feel welcome we made sure to take care of in gratuity at our choice. Also, this ship was ridiculously hot everywhere. Dress accordingly.
Clean port and lots of shops. Flea market was cool, but OVERpriced items. If you go to commercial gift shops you will save lots of money for same items.
They wanted to rush you out of your room. We were scheduled for 9am and cleaning lady basically told us to get out of the room before 8am. Others complained the same. I received spoiled milk at breakfast. Couldn't eat after that. The process was confusing. We walked with luggage to floor 8 to meeting spot to find out the actual disembarkation floor was 6. That was a pain. First time cruisers will be confused.
