Review summary

This ship ran out of banana after day 1. No coke to mix a drink after day 5 and tried to charge me for stuff I didn't use or have. Constantly getting money refunded and/or charges dropped for things I didn't use. Talked to lots of people on that ship and was told they would never go kn a cruse with them again. They also said they were being charged for stuff without being notified or have asked for it whether it was an excursion or something on the beach. Very poor service !

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Went to steak house and u couldn't order a side salad my steak came raw after I ordered in medium. The buffet was sub par with 0 flavor to the food with the exception to the pizza, but they had a hard time keeping up because most people seemed to prefer that over everything else.

Service and Staff

My steward ( Cherry) was the best I have had in years at hotels across the world. My waiter ( Rosevelt) is the best that I have ever seen and a super nice person.
