It was our first time cruising on this cruise line and we’re greatly disappointed. The food was awful. The Buffett was awful even the desserts. It was very apparent that the staff were not trained in the service industry. We booked a cruise with 2 packages for Black Friday and they didn’t honor the packages and they basically said too bad and tried to sell us another package. Watch what you buy and confirm before you board the ship!

Was dirty ans the food was awful. Bread or water not offered. Not one night. We had to ask every night

The staff were not trained to help and rectify issues that customers had. Many people were complaining. The wait staff in the restaurant acted like we were an inconvenience when we asked for bread, water etc.

Was not clean. The room smelled so bad because there was a trash can full of dirty diapers left under the sink. Which we didn’t know until the next day.
Ship tip
I would book another cruise line. The staff didn’t care about any of the issues. No one tries to make the situation better.
We had a completely different experience. Our staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. They were constantly cleaning the ship. Our room was always clean. The ship is beautiful. It’s the prettiest one I have been on. You are right the food is not the best but I always found something to eat. I love pasta so I could always have that. I’m not a buffet fan I prefer to to eat in the dining room. But I look at it this way. No matter what is going from weather to food I am just happy to be on a cruise. I think we could all find something wrong some more than others.
Odd - this ship is incredibly beautiful and clean as can be. The staff is always helpful. Food is not the greatest but your other comments don’t make sense - are you sure you actually sailed with her?
