Review summary
Pros: The ship is beautiful and full of a lot of things to do. The best meal in the marketplace buffet is breakfast. Cons: I'd say get the speciality dinning package or eat in your assigned restaurant for lunch and dinner because lunch and dinner in the marketplace had a lot of watered down inedible items. People complained about the food in there. Room service was bad. They didn't have the items they showed on their room service menu and the food was always cold because they delivered multiple room service orders at once. Two of my family members cabins had to be cleaned when we got there because they were never cleaned. This was our first time on MSC and I gave it the benefit of the doubt after all of the mixed reviews. I don't plan to travel MSC again unless some changes are made. Food is a big part of why people go on cruises. Especially after we pay all that money for the tickets. The least you can do is make sure the free food is good so that people won't talk bad about it. There were others that talked bad about the food and mentioned trying to get their money back.Embarkation
