Staff not helpful when I asked front desk @6:30am for help logging in to wifi. Front desk attendant was annoyed that I bothered him. Literally said he would not help me and to wait for the internet service desk to open. Very rude man, very insulting. For this reason I will never travel on MSC cruise line again.
Ask for directions to an area and get different directions from different staff. Many staff did not seem like they were happy.

Upon arrival there was no tissues or face clothes in cabin. I preordered wine for cabin, delivered without a wine opener.
I spent a lot of money for a balcony room for my retirement cruise and took great lengths to travel to Europe solo. Room location was a huge disappointment. I had to keep my sliding door closed most of the time from the smoke coming into my room from deck below. Much noise in the middle of night @2and 3:00 am. I literally had to call guest services. I believe I was assigned a bad room location since I did not book directly through MSC cruise line. It was a big effort to travel to Europe, I paid a big supplemental fee for traveling solo and had the worst cabin location I’ve ever experienced. Would not cruise on MSC again.
The best stop. Tour guide was excellent. Very informative, polite and enjoyed his job. Made a huge difference in the experience. So much trivia, history and commerce facts about the area. It was an excellent stop.
The level of service you received from Guest Services was unacceptable no matter what time it was. Shame on him for being so rude to you. Unfortunately when you get a balcony cabin you just have to pray you don't get near rude smokers. I've thankfully been lucky but always worry that I'll be next to a chain smoker with each cruise.
