Review summary

Fantastic new ship however staff were frustrating at times possibly because of covid staffing levels. Entertainment fab but didn't see cruise director at all apart from at the shows. Ocean Cay late docking would have been nice to have been informed only 1 food outlet would be open on island so we could have eaten on ship. Lots of Europeans smoking wherever they wanted to on the ship and not being enforced by staff

The room steward was fab, the main dining room waiter eventually got better but took a long time to get our preferences but when contacting staff regarding someone smoking on the balcony next to ours it took them to the last day to do something.

The most beautifully grand ship. We thought from watching videos it would be garish but it was actually classy ans tasteful.

Lovely cabin and great to have bed next to doors. However it is annoying that the balcony doesn't have glass but a metal balcony so you can't see out to sea from a low level
