Great Cruise sites but the ship was crowded and MSC has outdated IT systems. Fortunately my travel agent Cathy Boccardo helped me navigate through the MSC problems.

Service was good but was better during COVID due to smaller crowds.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The design layouts were better on the older MSC ship. The buffet corridors were too narrow. Gym was too small and lacks equipment. Pool space was too small and not swimmable.

Cabin / Stateroom

The bathroom and shower were too small.

More island transportation would be better.

Disembarkation

MSC would not let me deboard until they paid me the money that THEY OWED ME. Then the final deboarding didn't recognized that my account was already settled. Get your IT System from the USA.
