Seashore Msc They charge you extra stuff on your credit card without even knowing also they’re very rude the food is not good at all Had the worst experience on this cruise line it was two people out of the whole cruise line that were nice but that’s about it Thought I’d give this cruise line a chance cause I seen all the reviews and it is true what they saying it’s not a good cruise line they are not organized at all now when you ask somebody where’s this place that they’re like we don’t know but if you guys wanna find out on your own make sure you keep on checking on your bill because they do charge you for all kinds of extra stuff

Not to get on this cruise line because they charge you for all kinds of extra stuff without you even knowing Also they are so rude I’ve been on a lot of cruise lines but this is my worst one

Nlb yes I did have a drink package and I prepaid for my Gratuities before I got on do I have to explain myself over and over they charge me again they did take it twice but I had to argue with them and show them the paperwork that I already paid for it the same thing that happen with the gaming pass your experience is different from mine that’s what I’m trying to explain that that’s what happened to me

Been on 12 cruises with MSC. AS to gratuities, each person in cabin is charged every day. Charged for a drink guess you did not have a drink package so you get charged. Been in the spa and was only every charged for whatever service I was getting and that was always prior to the service. Food has become more American over the years, when we first cruised with MSC, in 2006, the food was definitely Italian yet we always found something to eat and enjoyed it all. Rude no but definitely have met some staff that was not very friendly. Guess you need to cruise with another line.

MJ Cruise guy I understand that you have charge for stuff it isn’t the first time I’ve been on a cruise but when they charge you twice for gratuities and then twice for gaming pass that’s not even including charging me for a massage one massage I got and they charge me three times then for an hour and a half arguing with them about it not only that they’re very rude

They did but some unknown charge on my card I noticed after the cruise but then it disappeared. Probably some "hold".

I cruise in August. I am thinking about deleting my debit card from the MSC app if it allows me because I have been hearing all kinds of horror stories. Is it possible to go with cash and add the amount to your cruise card?

What were the extra charges “without you even knowing”? Gratuity charges that are required and agreed to be everyone when booking the cruise? Extra charge items at dinner that list an additional charge? Drinks not included as part of the cruise fare? Many don’t seem to read the details, then blame the cruise line.

Thanks for the review. People either love or hate MSC. I had a great experience in January on MSC, excellent quality and choices of food, great entertainment, friendly employees with good service, no charges I did not expect, etc. it was so impressive I booked on MSC for 19 days in October.
