Review summary

First time traveling with MSC, very displeased. Food, less than acceptable. Birthday celebration in main dining was out of control! Need to tone it down, respect all patrons children, babies older adults and patrons with hearing problems.banging pots and lids unacceptable.

Served cold food in main dining. Not a lot of variety, very bland, extremely dry desserts. Not impressed with food☹️ drinks were fine

Cancelled games - no reason Pools and hot tubs - severe chlorine smell Fitness center- tried to upsell for personal training.

They were great. The sound system could be adjusted as it was too loud.

Room steward and waiters were great. Some were very disgruntled about salary and treatment of the staff.

Staff seemed obcessed with cleaning. Couldn't drop a deck of paper or a empty glass without someone there cleaning up

Sliding glass door kept falling off the hinge, wouldn't close correctly. Being a "deluxe" balcony wasn't any larger than a regular balcony cabin. It was clean

Ship tip

Book with Royal Caribbean. Too much focus on up selling speciality restaurants. Never been on a cruise where staff continues to badger for you to buy speciality meals.
