Review summary

Aside from the issues we had with our reservation, the cruise line and the ship are fantastic. This was our second time sailing through cheapcrusies and MSC though I am concerned whether we will do a third due I ended up having to pay out so much extra.

This was not the room I had originally booked as was stated in my first post. The free upgrade was never applied to my reservation so I had to pay onboard for an upgrade. Once we were moved to the balcony room as I originally had ordered it was amazing.
