Review summary

So disappointed by MSC's deceptive practices. I am a Diamond level passenger but that didn't help me get better treatment. I will never sail with MSC again.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
The usual long lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Dining room food was fine. Food in the buffet was luke warm and the service there was horrible, They lied about being out of certain foods and would not help bringing an item to your table.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
They were too lazy to come up with new trivia questions so kept repeating the quizzes week after week. Almost all physical games were held out on the hot and crowded pool deck.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Music in all public venues was deafening. You could not have a conversation in any public lounge in the evening. Show productions were good but comediens were awful.

Children's Programs

Not travelling with children

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Service in the main dining room was good. Room stewards tried hard to please.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship is very beautiful and easy to navigate.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
My cabin had a steel wall on the balcony instead of plexiglass. When an MSC agent selected this cabin for me I was told that I would not be able to see the ocean, I paid full price for this deluxe balcony cabin.

Ship tip

DON'T. They can't be trusted.
