1- faced a trouble in the sytem of payable card of the cruise (some of front office staff were very tough in this concerness - less awareness) 2- the first language in the cruise was spanish which was not confortable for the other guest who talks another languages 3- the trips organized by the cruise were very expensive 4- **********over and above we werre stolen 1000 US$ & 300 Eur in the cruise (after complaining no result and no compensation) we didnt felt any care about us******* sorry to use this cruise
