Review summary
Most cities were beautiful and glad I visited such as Kotor, Mykonos & Santorini, Corfu. Bari was OK not great. Excursions were not worth the money. Service as absolutely terrible. Will never take a MSC cruise again!!Embarkation

Food and Dining
Service was terrible in restaurants and buffets. At times there were no napkins, no milk for coffee, NO coffee at 7:45am. Food selection was terrible. First to sit at dinner but last to get service to include water, bread & butter, drink order, order taking.
Onboard Activities
Casino, spa was OK but I don't like pushing me to buy products and to come again for another massage. They are TOOOO expensive for the service received. Shows were OK but not great. Bingo was good but one day it was held outside where the wind was soooo bad the cards went flying out of the staff's hand but would not move to inside. People were freezing.
Entertainment
Some stage people were good, others were OK. Musicians were good but not enough genres. Not a lot of activities going on. Other cruises there are several different things going on at the same time or spaced evenly so that you can enjoy a night of running from one event to another. This is not true on MSC.

Service and Staff
Room steward Danilo was GREAT! The staff in the buffet was terrible. When asked for napkins it took him at least 10 minutes to bring it to me. By that time, I was done eating. How can you NOT have coffee & milk at 7:45 am!!!! We had to ring the bell 6X to get bar service in the buffet restaurant. AND no one came. We flagged down someone only to be told it wasn't his area. Then he did take our order of one lite pepsi & one regular pepsi. The order was wrong with 2 lite pepsi. How hard was that order!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Not really enough storage space. Glad we only had 2 people or there definitely would not have been enough room.

Ports of call
Very nice, clean, nighttime excursion was a little problem on the farm. Some lady missed a step and fell flat on her face and was knocked out. We were so far from anywhere that there was not medical help. All tour guides need to be CPR and medically qualified with first aid to assure visitors are taken care of.
The place was tooo crowded. A lot of ups and downs with walking - that should really be explained. The winery was at 9am for wine - not good!! Then explained if you didn't want wine there would be juice - which there was NOT! So money NOT worth it. Also should be told that you have to either walk down 580 steps or take a cable car straight down a mountain. Just a little scary.
Not really anything great. I'm not sure a small piece of bread dipped in a sauce would accurately explain food tasting. And the room was soooo small that not everyone could fit into the room. Since Europeans are very pushy, it took a long time for us English speaking people to get into the room to taste the small about of food that was left!
Disembarkation
We were not specifically told where our luggage would be located when we got off the water taxi that we took from the ship. We had to walk from the dock to Terminal 123 only to be told that it was located in Terminal 103 where we had just come from. We walked at least a mile with souveniers and backpacks. Information NOT related very well.
